Based on these issues, it is important to enhance the places for residents to go to and promote "prevention of long-term care through community development" by connecting people with each other, without separating primary prevention and secondary prevention. Although efforts to prevent nursing care through community development are being undertaken nationwide, disparities are emerging between prefectures and municipalities. The guide created last year summarizes the basic matters for building a place for residents to go to, but in the future, it will be necessary to spread and expand the place for residents to go to all over the country. Therefore, in this project, we will organize the method for expanding the place of commuting within the prefecture (method of supporting municipalities by prefecture) and the method for expanding to other districts within the jurisdiction of the municipality.
